I just tried this tonight so I can spend my guild marks (I've gotten a bunch from leves which is kinda weird when I'm not yet a member but OK) and was directed to go to Quarrymill or something like that...
Well, therein lies the problem. Every single avenue is blocked by level 50+ aggressive enemies.
How exactly, as a level 22 BOT, am I supposed to even get there?
:( Oww that sucks. I saw someone else talking about this problem too. But I can't recall getting attacked along the way when I went to do my BTN quest. Did they add aggressive monsters on the path? :( If so, the monsters placement needs to be revised badly!
I am checking the route I've used. So far I see no aggressive monster on the way except a let lv 16. But I will walk back from Quarrymill to Camp Tranquil again to make sure that I am not missing a monster's presence, in case someone else was killing them all before I arrived.
OK after running back and forth on my route 4 times, I can confirm that a safe route does exist. The only threat on the way is a Roselet of level 16-18. By the time we can take the BTN guild quest, we must already have skill "Stealth II" which is for people level 18 and up. This skill can cloak you from this single Roselet if it's blocking the way. But it usually doesn't block the way, as the circle room where it spawns is large enough to avoid it.

None of the major sites have listed the updated recipes yet. I can MAKE brass ingots as a 13 GSM, but I have no idea if I can make the hatchet yet...

Seems you need to be level 20 to craft this, I think. I am not sure how the new recipe level recommendation works.
