How start job?

I feel stupid.

I played pugilist. It now 44lvl and I joined Duty party.
Person said I could be "job" Lancer or Monk

I'm surprised... Then I want be monk. I loved pugilist before.

But, 30lvl monk's quest is locked.

How I start 15lvl lancer. Where? Also I had many lost normal quests.
I was much run at Main/story quests.

(btw my english is weak)

Head to Old Gridania and visit the Lancer's Guild. Speak to the NPC behind the desk twice to join!

You just level the lancer up to 15 and then return to the level 30 monk quest

I read it. Then I made my pugilist as lancer. Done faster level 15.
Now my pugilist came skill monk! :) Thanks
