Please implement skill cooldown resets when parties wipe.

This was requested in the General Discussions section,

but would like to raise the request here as well for visibility. Where instances fully reset the bosses, so too should the raid party members' skill cooldowns be reset as well.

As well as you enter a dungeon. The amount of times my duty pops up, change back to my class just to find out all my CDs are on hold.

Know the feeling. Couple that with tanks with a fire under their tail, me being the healer, and very funny first pulls ensue..

tbh, that scenario is much more open to abuse than the thread that was linked. The thread is specifically talking about after you wipe during raids and extreme primals, making all of the elements inclusive to the duty, what you are asking for is for a duty pop to refresh your cooldowns from the overworld, which in an extreme example could mean that a PLD could pop HG, enter an instance, leave immediately and have refreshed his HG.

I'll be honest in saying that this isn't needed in a dungeon, the content is casual enough that you can just get on with the dungeon while waiting the 30-45 seconds, but in a raiding scene, having to wait every single time you wipe is not only a nuisance, but also affects party focus, and reduces the amount of time during raid time that the party is actually raiding (sometimes losing up to 30 mins, depending on how comfortable the party is with the fight).

Not to invalidate your needs, but I'm just expressing what SE would say, while also acknowleging where the real problem is,
