Question for those with tiltable scroll wheel...

I use a Razer Naga Epic Chroma to play this game, and I've noticed that about 60-70% of the time, the left/right tilt buttons on my scroll wheel don't do what they're supposed to. >>

I have rebound the + and - buttons of my NUM pad to slots on my hotbar, and via Razer Synapse assigned these buttons to be activated via tilting the scroll wheel left and right. I've noticed though that rather than triggering those buttons (which are Noct/Diurnal Sect on my AST, for example), sometimes the camera will simply zoom in (tilt left) or out (tilt right). :/ Interestingly enough, I just noticed that this does this in my internet browser too: instead of typing their respective symbols, they actually scroll/up down on the page. XD;

I know I am not accidentally scrolling, and even if I was, I hear/feel the click of the buttons, so they should be activating the skills I have bound to them anyhow.

What's strange is sometimes I log in and those buttons work correctly, or sometimes I'll log in and after a while of being logged in they'll do what they're supposed to... or I try everything and can't figure out what's changed since the last time they worked. XD; I've searched everywhere for an answer for this. ._.; Found a few sort of similar issues, but none seem to be exactly what I'm observing. Granted it's not a HUGE deal, especially for certain classes that don't require the full three rows of my hotbar for their skills. But fixing this would make certain things a bit more convenient for things like potions and whatnot, and it would be REALLY nice to have them reliably working for my SCH, since my hotbar is pretty crowded with the macros I use for that job... I could use the extra keybinds.

Any insight as to what exactly is determining whether these will work with my keybinds or just default to camera controls? >.> I hope this is the right forum, and I hope I explained things clearly enough... XD;
