Error 2002 - Help
So yesterday lag was so bad the game was completely unplayable. Canceled raid night. Whatever. I was on earlier in the morning. But then i get disconnected and get this error and i cant get on at all now. I talked to a SE agent he was no help. He even hung up on me lmao. I decided to uninstall the game and reinstall it n hope i can log on. I have heard that many comcast people have had issues as well though. But this is ridiculous and I've gotten no help from their agents either. They told me shit that was scripted obviously. Didnt really have anything helpful to suggest. If this doesnt work i may as well unsub because its pointless to pay for a game you cant even play.

I also started a thread with no replies. Same issue.

Suggest I've seen on the internet is to connect to another datacenter, then switch back. It doesn't help me.
ecently when I've been PvPing I dc, try to reconnect (START at title screen), get this 2002 error and the game exit. I manage to boot up the game only to discover I'm dead. yay... -____-

My daughter is also getting that error, but 2 others in the household are getting on fine. Just started this evening.

Has there been any help with this? I haven't been able to get on for 2 days - same error. I've reinstalled, tried different data centers, resetting the modem, checked firewall - nothing.

I changed from mana to chaos recently.
On mana the error was much more persistent, and I had to wait sometimes for an hour before I could start the game properly.
On chaos I got this error 1 time pr dc pretty much every time, so it's seemed bit kinder.
Recently (since yesterday) I only dc, that is, without the following 2002 error.
But I dc seemingly the same(ish) way all the time. In PvP(only happens in seal rock), when I use shoulder tackle, lb or die. Only on a few occasions this has not been true and have happened seemingly at random.
Shoulder tackle and lb are often used in succession so I guess the culprit is shoulder tackle? Maybe my computer somehow can't handle the swift movement and load relevant data? Then what about death dc? I don't get it...
