Honestly, I don't think they really take requests at all, when it gets closer to time though, they will (if it's like the last one) have a site/email you can contact if you wish to volunteer as a helper at the event
I would suggest contacting customer support. If they cant help you they can probably point you in the right direction.

What I want to do is find a way to propose to my girlfriend (IRL) at the fan fest on stage.
