May get me some hate but I've never understood how people were so excited about him. Wouldn't call it the most important part.

Gonna chalk it down to just not being my sort of thing.

More Hildibrand probably maybe means more GREG. Ergo the only good character in the FF franchise.

I think it chalks up to ultimately, Hildi's little slice of goofy ass pie in the overall dramatic, depressing story that arcs through FFXIV it a welcome change/escape for people
