WHM i210 seeking HC static, may transfer

Hi,

I'm a former raid leader of a mid-hardcore team who sort of semi quit around September after some real life situations around other members in the team. The time in between then and now was spent unsuccessfully trying to fill the spots.
I'm now looking for a solid team filled with like-minded individuals who seek to beat and master content immediately, and for others to challenge me. We Beat A1s and A2s within the first two weeks of release.

Our progress was up to last phase in AS3 before we stopped. I have studied the final phase extensively as expected of any given raid member and as a WHM.

I prefer not to join any teams struggling on A1, A2, Thordan, or teams who spend considerable time in any phase before Cascade in AS3. I feel I am a little more experienced.

I am a native English speaker (Scottish), available most nights and times, have access to TS3 and am a committed raider.
Feel free to ask any questions or for content of my gameplay (videos, parses, etc).

I am a 2-star crafter, and have also levelled and geared the following classes to at least i200:
PLD/MNK/WAR/BLM/SCH/AST

I am willing to transfer for the right team.

I am also a Lalafell/Dunesfolk for those concerned.
