Thats the red thief gear. The ilvl 185 MNK set from arboretum/pharos HM. Theres also a purple version for ninjas and black & white for bards/machinist

Granted one could say we also have the Dancers outfit too :3 The more we go though the less I feel this class will come anytime soon...
