Need help

Hello everyone, I'm trying to help my girlfriend start a trial account so she can see if she will ill the game. She made her account but when she trys to login to the launcher this message comes up,

"You could not log in because the service account in question is not registered.
If you would like to log in to the service, please log in to the Square Enix Account Management System and register the service account."

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Go to mogstation and fix it there

It wont let her complete it with out a code

She's not using the trial client (which is a separate program you download than the full games client). Sounds like she's just logging into your installation of the game? Or she downloaded the full game by mistake on her computer.
