Transferring from Primal-Hyperion to Chaos-Lich

I've been trying to do this for a few days now and I don't seem to be getting any luck, I've contacted support and they don't have an answer either. When I try to select the world that I would like to transfer to I don't see 'Lich' on the list. So I have come here to ask you guys to see if it can be done or if anyone has done this after 'Lich' became an EU server.

Only thing I can think of is if you have the cheaper sub that only allows one character per server, and you already have a character on Lich.
