Haloween has started... go collect your cookies to foil the imps

I'm finished with all my hats..

You get 5 cookies for talking to a Suspicious NPC and 4 extra if you answer the question correctly.
Once they are talked to they dissapear and drop a basket which 3 extra cookies can be obtained.

This means that you will get a total of 12 cookies if your lucky.

You will need a total of 160 cookies if you wish to obtain all the prizes.
Minimum 14 NPC's with correct answers.

There are about 3-4 scattered around town and 1 in each guild. They respawn approx every 5 minutes from the hours of 20:00 to 03:00, Night time ends at 04:00 but they never spawned after this time.
Sometimes they can be early or late. This last hour that passed they spawned at 21:00 and went to 05:00, so just keep an eye out when the environment turns purple :)

I have posted several answers on the next few pages that I have found to be correct and the answers that were incorrect

EDIT: Eating the cookie grants a fair chunk of MP!

EDIT2: All of the answers if you are unsure relate to the town you are in. So choose answers that would most suit that nation.

It seems the respawn rate for the NPC's are rather slow

Didn't see any of these NPCs. ; ; Now I've got to wait for night again...

OH~ I bet that's what it is.. they only appear at night!

I posted 10 minutes earlier, but I didn't have any information other than the NPCs are in the usual places in town, so it's fine. :P
