Level 60 'adventurer' ventures require iLv 170 gear.
Those who haven't hit level 60 can get by with appropriate level gear for the level (you can buy them from vendors)
Level-specific Ventures for 'adventurers' are marked at at levels 51, 55 and 60.
Ventures for 'gatherers' pre-level 60 can be done with level 51 and 55 gear that you can also buy from vendors
