Foeseeker vs Barrage
I'm wondering what the community's feelings towards Foeseeker and Barrage are. For me, at least, Foeseeker (with 1 arrow nocked from Multishot) does slightly less damage than Barrage for 500 less TP and a 20 second lower recast. Not only that, but when used with Bloodbath I'm healed for a significantly less amount from Barrage, considering it only calculates the damage dealt to healing received ratio from the first attack.
Tl;dr : I'm considering replacing Barrage with Foeseeker outright. Opinions?

You should be choosing between Foeseeker, Barrage, and Quick Nock with a basic prioritization:
* If you have 3 arrows nocked, use Foeseeker
* If you can land every arrow of Quick Nock on a single target, use Quick Nock
* If neither of the above are true, use Barrage

I'm not sure I like 3-arrow Foeseeker vs. Barrage + Multishot from a damage output standpoint.

Right now Foesseker and barrage are the only WS i'm using as ARC. With the multishot nerf (it was too violent IMO...hopefully they will alleviate it very soon) now i just use multishot as an extra starting damage and to stack with raging strike to buff foeseeker and leave trifurcate + ferocity for a 3 arrows buff on it.
Right now Foeseeker with 1 exrtra arrow is dealing the same damage barrage does, but with less TP cost, less recast, better accuracy and less action cost. I might just replace Barrage for good with Bloodletter when i learn it.

3 Arrow Foeseeker does ~20-30 more damage than just shooting 3 arrows by themselves and you lose 1000 TP.
You should never use Foeseeker in my opinion.
Our best WS is Bloodletter and then Wide Volley II (assuming you're not worried about AOEing.)
If you cannot use wide volley II then use Barrage or do a back to back chain of the 250 and 500 TP WS

the big problem with the nerf is that it left us with no big damage weaponskills. I was running some tests on my arc, and comparing damage with my lnc. I found that my arc could deal slightly more dmg w light shot than lnc could from auto attack, and with greater consistancy, but lnc could beat arc everytime with doomspike II and chaos thrust (1100+ dmg compared to 850)
IMO, barrage and/or quicknock's TP costs should be a minimum cost, with thier damage scaling based on additional TP in the gauge, that way we could at least compete with other DDs.

I have to ask. I keep seeing people saying that Trifurcate stacks with Foeseeker, but with my (basic) testing it does exactly the same damage with or without Trifurcate.
Can anyone explain how it works and does more damage?

not sure if this is a bug or intended or if anyone else notices but the four arrows barrage fires hit for less than what your normal light shots do.
what's worse is that the five from quick nock hits less than those from barrage.
imo, the arrows from our multihit ws hit really need to hit for as much as light shot or more to justify the 1500 or 2000 TP we're spending.

Ignore my last post. Turned out it was due to the fact the mobs were too weak.
Against mid level NM I saw a 50%~ damage increase with 2 knocked arrows and +100%~ with 3.
Against mobs with high defense/VIT you'd definitely be better off using your knocked arrows with Foeseeker.
