Duty Roulette very slow for Bards on Cactuar

Hi, I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it is definitely a problem if it not. So, I play on Cactuar server with my wife, my main is a 60 DRG and hers is 60 BRD, but recently we have noticed that when we individually que up for roulettes I get the much quicker. The most recent example is about 5 minutes ago she was waiting for 40+ minutes on the Trial Roulette with nothing and I Launched it and got it immediately. Is this limitations from the census? Is it something to do with the fact that my account is older or has more commendations, or more retainers? Either way, it is a problem she has to wait far too long for duties while others get them immediately in their roles. I mean I know I am melee and she is ranged but even still, ppl are still getting 2 bards in dungeons so what is the delay about? Any help/info would be appreciated. suggestions to raise another class, would not. Rufus Mao
