Steps: Was doing Aetherochemical Research Facility dungeon to advance on the story quest "Heavensward". As soon as the dungeon was completed, the server crashed as I was leaving the dungeon. When the server was up a couple hours later, I logged on and saw that I hadn't gotten quest credit for completing the dungeon. I did the dungeon again, but still got no quest credit for the dungeon. I have tried relogging, and cannot abandon the quest and pick it up again since it's a story quest. Any help would be appreciated, since I cannot advance on the story quest content until this issue is resolved. Thanks!
