I accepted the quest Double Dealing & it sends me to talk to npc Sevrin. Sevrin has the quest icon above his head When I click on Sevrin a chat balloon comes up.when i click on the chat balloon it closes and the quest icon returns to the top of Sevrin's head. I have done other quests in the same area with chat ballons with no problem. I logged off for several hours only to come back to same problem. Thank you for your help
