BLM, WHM and PLD/AST looking for static team!

Basic info:

Time Schedule: all days should be fine, time preference 18-22 (server time), able to do two or three times a week

What roles we will provide: Black Mage (Nekrah), White Mage (Shalizzard), Paladin/Astrologist (Cookie)

What’s our item level like: on average 185 I think – we should all be able to reach 190 if needed.

What kind of mentality can you expect from us: we will be prepared, know tactics beforehand, got potions/food and other miscellaneous items if needed. We’re also very responsible so we do not suddenly cancel raids unless there’s somekind of emergency – we realize that this isn’t just about us – this is about a team.

Hello young padawan, you clearly do not understand the power of the dark trio…

We’re group of three friends originally from WoW where we used to raid also, so we’re accustomed to raid scene and it’s requirements. We’re looking for semi-serious raid team which tries it’s best but isn’t insanely tryhard. We do realize that we’re new (or two of us, cookie used to raid before Heavensward in FF) to the Final Fantasy XIV, but we’re hungry to learn and develop – we’re not like “ok my dps is in the requirement I can sleep now”, it’s more like “how can I dish out 100 more dps still?”.

We will not accept harassment, raging and such – we do understand that there are requirements for us and we love advice, tips and tactics so we can get better. The team is as strong as it’s weakest link. We do understand that taking a boss down will take multiple tries as people are learning and we are very patient.

What else we do besides? Well we all watch anime and we’re geeky derpers, so we would love team which likes things like that, we don’t want to listen talk about sports and “mundane” things if I can say so.
