Static looking for Main Tank (PLD/DRK) for A3S progression

Hello, everyone!

Our main tank had to quit the game because of real life problems, and we need a replacement.
We're currently in A3S (add phase), but most of the group has experience past the second cascade and one of our DPS has cleared the fight already with another group.

Raid times: monday/wednesday/thursday – 8 to 11 PM EST
Voice chat: Discord (a free app, that can be downloaded to PC, Android and iOS)

We're serious about raiding, are consistent with our schedule and like to play our jobs to the best. However, that doesn't mean we're unreasonable. We're very friendly and like to have a good time, with no insane pressure on any members.
We're looking for a player who knows how to play tank properly, with practice in mitigating damage and dealing with mechanics. We're not a DPS-obsessed group, so unreasonable parsing and melded accessories are not required – if you can do your job, you're fine.

Warrior, Astrologian, Scholar, Monk, Dragoon, Bard and Black Mage
