Not receiving gil for retainer sales

It seems on several of my retainer sales I have not been receiving the gil from the sale. I have even seen announcements of sales in game with no increase in gil. In fact most recently I made a sale of about 15,000 gil, but my current gil still sits at about 12,000. This is not the first time this has happened either, and I have made several other reports to this affect with no response. By looking at my past purchases and past sales, it seems my sales are not yielding the gil they say they are. Or in other words if you subtract my "sales" from my current gil, and add back my purchases you\\'ll get a negative amount, which shouldn\\'t be possible. Please address and fix as soon as possible. Thank you.

The retainer gets the gil. You need to collect the gil from your retainer after the sale.
