Question about state sharing

Just a quick question if anyone know. Can a private state be saved from demolition by sharing it with someone and having that person go regularly inside said house? Asking since even though it's stated that for an FC house having FC members enter said house saves it from the situation, but there's a statement saying only owners have this right for private ones.

The owner has to do it for private estates.

Nope exactly what it says, private houses require the owner to enter.

No, the owner has to enter the house at least once every 45 days, or its reclaimed.
It's just a way for SE to force players keep their subs going, regardless of the quality (or quantity) of content they actually put out.

if that's true they wouldn't require people to go into the house, that happened to someone in my FC.

Even if you keep your sub going to you still have to enter your house once every 45 days or you still lose it. It was stuck in to try to get people to use their house more often, instead of just buying a house just to say they have one and never do anything with it.
