Several UI Icons loading slow

Hello everyone,

I've noticed a quite strange behavior in my game. When I am quite freshly logged in, my first step is mostly, to check my retainers ventures. When I get the window where it Shows me which Items they brought back it only gives me blank Icons. It takes about 5 Seconds for the Icons to Show up. Same I noticed today when I opened the "currency" window. The Battle Tab missed all Icons for Stones, wolf marks and allied /seals. They popped up like 4-5 seconds later.
I cannot determine exactly when it started, but it's been a few weeks (like 4-5... maybe since Patch 3.1).

Everything else works and loads perfectly fine. It's just the UI Icons. The Problem also only happens in like the first 10 minutes after Login and is repeatable in like 90% of the time.

Data: Intel Core i5 4670, Geforce GTX970 on Driver 355.82, FFXIV Running of a Samsung 830 SSD (which is in a healty Status and performs great in the Performance test) 12 GB of RAM, Win7 x64. Also I run Avast AntiVirus, but excluded the FFXIV Directory from On Access Scanning. Also I have Unitymedia as Provider over TV Cable and an awesome latency to the data Center :)

So I cannot really make out what could cause that Problem.
