What is the most up to date Dragoon rotation?

I'm in desperate need of some rotation help. Could anyone be kind enough to tell me what the best rotation is?

Heavy Thrust>Phlebotomize>Chaos Thrust combo (activate BotD before Chaos Thrust)>4th string>Full Thrust combo>4th string>Jump>die to something>Accept Raise>repeat

Well clearly it wasn't meant to be, but hell, I'm all ears now for the real thing. Do regale us with the proper rotation, please.

Stand in AOE -> Stand in AOE -> Stand in front of boss -> Die -> Receive raise -> Fall off edge
