I wish TT card images were a bit clearer...

Or at least better framed. Sometimes it's hard to tell what I'm looking at.

Yeah the card images leave much to be desired. Those look like blurry rock formations. Whoever they gave image selection responsibility to could have done much better.

I do wish they were styled more in FF8 character style cards, the 3d images are a little bit boring and uncreative.

I agree quite a few of the pictures (including the ones in that pic) should be better. But I'd be more interested in having the actual numbers set off more clearly with a solid contrasting background. Like maybe a black triangular area at the bottom of each card where the white numbers can show up clearly. The picture would go above that triangle, but not directly behind the numbers obscuring what they say.

Taking the ones from the OP's image, the 8373 of the top right card is a lot easier to read than the 1471 of the one below it, just based on the colors that ended up behind the numbers. Some are worse yet, leaving the numbers really hard to read from across the room. With such a short time to choose cards, I don't want to waste most of it just trying to figure out what the numbers on all the cards are.

It'd be nice if we had an artists rendition of each, much like when you catch a new fish or harvest something from the garden.

Some of them are better than others but it would definitely be great if they were clearer.

A few can stand to be crisper and done better, certainly, but at least I can identify who or what the cards represent. Now, if only the FFXII character card was someone like Balthier instead of Vaan... <_<
