hello all.
i left this game since January and i just came back to play since all the patches made this place awesome.
but all my items i had before i left and spent a lot of time getting or farming for money are now called "dated" and don't seem to work very well anymore
can i fix this? or do i have to start all over again :(
is there any way i can catch up on all that's changed as well. when i left this game was bare and nothing to do. now its changed completely
In short, the latest patch has revised/revamped/replaced a lot of the recipes in the game. So any equipment made from old recipe now become "dated." But that's not the reason why your gear isn't working, in my opinion.
Now we get 0 stat from overranked gear. So you have to gear up properly and use equipment which match your current class' level. I have to redress my character all over again because before the patch, I've been wearing rank 30 gear for crafting even on my rank 20 classes. LOL.

As for the change, yeah it will take a while to adjust back in and adapt to the changes. I think people on forum will be glad to help if you have any question. Or you can search the forum in case someone has already asked what you want to know.
