New FC looking for recruits!

Hey all in process of building ranks for a new Fc 'Wind Breakers' (Phoenix)
As a verteren player I have had my share of being a member of a few FC's, even though I enjoyed my time in most of them, I believed I saw myself more than just a 'member', allowing me not to enjoy content that higher rank members had access to (airships etc).

So I have took it upon myself to try this FC leader shi-bang out, hopeing too change the heirharcy stigma that comes with most FC'S, so if any new/old adventurers feel undervalued this maybe the fc for you, I'm am fair, respectful and always willing to help, giving responsilitiy to all members and a relaxed approach to individual limitations, allowing you to fulfil your potential within the fc and thus in turn making collective desicions as a team, making us stronger and more communicative (as that has seem to gone a miss as of late)
