[Balmung][LFM][MC] BRD/MCH for AS4 progression and 3.2!

**What we are looking for**
Team Mufasa of Absolution FC on Balmung (Mist Ward 1, Medium Lot 30) is looking for one more member. We need a Bard/Machinist.

**History**

**Progression Expectations**
Thus, we expect you to be near this point (cleared or seen enrage A3S) in progression and we understand there may be a learning curve involved given the nature of the fight. We recently recruited two members and they have been able to do A1S-A3S in one night, straight one-shots. Thus, with our assistance, we hope you are also able to learn quickly and reach this point quickly if you are not there already.

**Group Expectations**
We are aiming to fill the group with long-term members with the goal of progressing through 3.2 and beyond. We are middle-core working group of adults with expectations closer to the hardcore level - just not the long hardcore hours time commitment. So, we expect to make the most of our time and not wipe to the same reasons! We expect everyone to respect each others time and be punctual and prepared to raid. We expect you to be able to learn from mistakes, not to repeat them, and thus make a strong effort to progressively improve rather than repeatedly holding us back.

As these are long-term positions, we do ask that you join the FC and be a committed part of the team.

**Schedule**
Our current schedule will be to run at least three days, 8:30pm to 11:30pm Eastern Time, Monday to Thursday. A 4th day may be planned if we are close to finishing a fight.

Edit: Position is currently filled, will repost if anything changes. In the meantime, the FC in general is recruiting skilled players to grow our ranks for 3.2 onward. Requirements include... well, if we host a farm party, you better damn well be able to farm and not repeatedly get 7 others killed. :D

Hi, I am an ilvl 208 Bard looking for a static that raids. I have had bad luck with groups because they will not progress, so the farthest I have been is to A2S enrage. I learn quick and I prepare myself for the fight with notes and watching vids. I play on a ps4 also. I am on Exodus at the moment but would transfer to Balmung if giving a chance. Oh and I have been to the end of Thordan Ex consistently, just can not get the clear. I work hard and available anytime except between 6pm est and 8pm est(dinner hours).
