Detailed steps on how the issue occurred.
Attempted to get the ferry to Wolves Den, on a quest to the above location. Speak to the ferry chap, loading screen to new area appears then hangs. Spinning white circle appears bottom right and continues to spin BUT loading screen remains. When I log out/ close program/ restart PC, logging in to the character takes me back to a loading screen (different one) which again fails to progress. Raised 2 in game tickets, they reset me to home zone but advised raising a post here because they could not help.

Cos I can't get to the Wolves Den, I can't progress the quest.
