Ilvl 208 Bard looking for a static

I would like to find a static raid group that raids consistently and at least 3 days a week. I have a1s on farm and been to enrage in a2s consistently, but due to not having a solid group I have not progressed very far. I have Thordan Ex almost cleared, just need the right group to finish it off, been to the end consistently. I can raid 8pm est to 1 or 2am est, and I can also do 8am est to 12pm est everyday of the week. I will server transfer for the right group. I want a group that communicates, discusses strategy, chill, midcore(not elitist), progresses, raids each raid night, does not argue, and helps each other. Hope to hear if anybody wants a bard. :cool:
