I'm trying to send my friend an RAF code. I've logged into Mog Station and gone to the RAF page. I've entered their email address and kept the default message.
But the button to proceed is missing.
Side Note: The character counter for the message does not seem to be changing based on the number of characters in the field. It simply remains at 210.
Please Help.
