DX11 client cannot minimize properly

Any word from the dev team about this annoying issue?
The DX11 client cannot minimize properly on Windows creating problems when ATL+TABing. Sometimes it leads to driver crashes when you use a browser with hardware acceleration. Also it is very annoying when it pops back up at full screen when you don't want it to. The game is not minimizes properly and its visible behind the Windows taskbar. Can you fix this issue? Can you give us feedback about this? It's been months with this annoyance.
