I Can't Math (Small WAR question)

Which would be higher potency, assuming pacification at the end:

HS -> Maim -> Eye -> HS -> Berserk -> FC -> Infuriate -> FC -> SS -> BB -> Fracture -> HS -> Maim -> Eye -> FC

or

HS -> Maim -> Eye -> HS -> Berserk -> FC -> Infuriate -> FC -> Maim -> Eye -> Fracture -> HS -> Maim -> Eye -> FC

Bascially, is it worth letting Eye fall off for a GCD if you gain the potency of SS and BB?

My thinking is that the latter is better since your OT and possibly NIN also lose potency if they hit anything within that GCD, but I can't say for sure if I'm right or not. Help pls.

e: and as a final alternative, would it be better to delay Fracture 3 GCDs (according to Xeno's new video, its better to put Fracture early so that it lines up with your pot, TA, Litany, etc. but if you move it 3 GCDs ahead you do gain the SS and BB potency without needing to drop Eye for a GCD)?

Here's some math. Since Berserk happens at the same time in both sets, I haven't included it in the calculations. I additionally have ignored the dot ticks of Fracture since they are not affected by Eye.

Looks like the "Don't let Eye fall off" plan works slightly better.

As for the Fracture thing, I'm not entirely sure. Common sense says that a maximally buffed Fracture is king because it's a base potency of 300. You haven't mentioned use of Unchained or Raw Intuition in these patterns. It's possible to triple Fell Cleave and Fracture in one Berserk window if both of them get used. Could that enable the best of both worlds, or am I getting confused now?

Well, it's only 20 more potency for ss/bb than maim/se, right? It would be a matter of figuring out what your party is doing on that 6th or 7th GCD with no SE, and figure out if losing the 10% slashing is less than 20 potency. If it's more than you know it's better not to drop it. I could see something like if it's just you and the OT with no NIN, probably OK, but with you and OT and NIN might push it over 20 potency loss. But how do you figure that? 10% damage is not equal to 10% potency, is it?

As for fracture, I have no idea really, I just do what feels right and put it up after my double FCs, basically SE>FC>FC>Frac>SE>SE/BB depending on pacification.

Sorry, I should've clarified some things, but the math works out the way I thought it would. Will edit with more info.

The opener for both would be with the Infuriate -> Vengeance @ 1s -> etc. thing, and then using RI after the 2x FC to achieve the 3rd one. I left out these details since they align the same for both sets, though I think there are factors that affect some things - such as which moves end up falling under TA, Pot, and Litany. I think that moving Fracture early is meant to frontload your damage for those buffs (so, not putting Fracture at the back after those have worn off), however it seems to me like the fact that you'd gain SS and BB buffed by TA you wouldn't really be losing any real potency. I dunno, it's all a bit confusing, but the math helps ease things in my mind a bit.

e2: The more I think on it, the more I feel like the 2nd opener I posted would actually work best over moving Fracture 3 GCDs further. You lose 20 potency from switching SS w/ Maim and BB w/ SE and you also lose SE for 1 GCD, however you gain 100 potency alone from Fracture, on top of it getting a higher crit rate from Litany and 3 stacks. It's all so confusing. ):
