Login Screen on PS4 is blank except for mouse cursor and background music playing

Hi

I trust you are well and in good health. After the PSN 3.15 update I have become unable to log into FFXIV. It hangs on the blank screen with black mouse cursor and background music playing. It does not show any of the fields to enter username/password.

- I checked my internet connection. It is fine.
- I tried to backup, delete and restart the system file (10.49Mb). The issue remains the same.
- I looked up in the forum if others are experiencing the same issue and found majority latency issues due to EU servers move, hence I've created this post.

I appreciate your swift feedback on this issue.
