Cannot Target Party Member in Trial Duty

Steps:
1. Loaded into the Howling Eye (Hard) from the Duty Finder. Party Member #2 (Character name Metis Vulpha, Dark Knight) had their name greyed out.
2. Looked around to see if they were too far away to target. Their character model had not loaded into the area from my end at all.
3. Issue persisted for the entire length of the trial until the character left it. My Area of Effect and Party-wide heals did not work on this character. (Medica, Medica II, Cure III.) Other Party members were able to target them.

EDIT: I'd like to amend this. Looking over my screenshots, it seems Medica II did work, despite the fact that I was never able to target the player individually.
