[LFM] [Odin] [HC] lf 2 pld/drk for A4S and 3.2 +Odin (EU)
[Hello!], we are a relatively new static on Odin. Our goal is to have a solid team of like minded players based on mutual respect.
We have been working our way through the Alexander Savage fights while meeting and incorporating players into the group. Currently we are on A4S with a set team of 5.
So far we have been relying on stand-ins from friends to fill in the gaps, which has worked out well for us. However, we would like to establish a set team to strengthen the group.
Our members come from various statics that broke apart due to excessive waiting for late members, absences, unreliable internet connections, repeatedly disconnecting/breaking controllers and excessive home life interruptions.
Naturally, your home life comes first and sometimes internet and hardware is beyond your control, but have the dedication to raid when you can and the wisdom to know when you can't.
What we ask of you:
Honor your commitments. Unannounced absences without adequate context will not be tolerated.
Be on time (invites start 5-10 minutes before the start time).
Research your job and your role in the fight.
Communicate! Acknowledge that you're working with others, and don't be ashamed of admitting mistakes. Work with the team to overcome them. (Team Speak voice chat is required)
Strive to obtain the best gear available.
Bring food, potions, and repaired gear.
It's okay to not like things but don't be a dick about the things you don't like.

Because we are flexible and members can swap roles we are looking for the following:

Our raid times are somewhat negotiable, although until we have all content on farm we would prefer to continue going 5 days a week.
Our times have lately been the following: Mon-Fri 6pm Server Time (GMT).
