I think making them take a full 15 mins to complete makes them unworthy of 60 seals for r40 ones. They should have actual objectives that dont take that long to complete for solo, or give them more than 60 seals.... which btw isn't doubled by foundation day.
It would also be nice if there were party versions of them that offered more seals and sp for completing.
