I completed the Mor Dhonan side quest "Magiteknical Difficulties" and I cant use the cannons for the Magitek mount :( Can it be fixed?

I completed the Mor Dhonan side quest "Magiteknical Difficulties" and I cant use the cannons for the Magitek mount :( Can it be fixed?
It appears on the pet hotbar. There is a setting that will replace your main hotbar with the pet hotbar whenever you use a mount with available actions. Or, you could just make the pet hotbar visible.
