Team Bowie recruiting for A3S and 3.2

Herro! Our raid group is currently banging our head against the A3S wall still, we've reached the Liquid Gaol part so not seen the entire fight yet but getting closer. We're mostly looking forward to the new raid content in 3.2 but we're still trying to get that A3S kill before it's here.

I honestly don't know whether we will down it 'in time' but trying is better than sitting on our asses waiting for new stuff!

Right now we need:

- A caster dps (can be either BLM or SMN) with A1S and A2S cleared (if you have no savage experience you can still apply but I'll expect you to be god tier at learning stuff)

We raid three times a week whenever possible (times listed are server time):

- Thursday 20:30 - 22:00
- Friday 19:30 - 22:30
- Sunday 18:30 - 21:30

While this might seem like a lot for a "semi-casual" group, you are -not- required to participate in all three weekly raids (but still expected to attend most). This is because we raid with a pool of 9-10 people instead of a static 8. The upside to this is people are able to do real life stuff whenever they have to since there should usually be extras available. The downside is that yes, even when you want to raid all the time, you won't be able to, but you should still be invited to most of the raids.

Even though we're not too hardcore, we do expect you to know your job and come prepared to raids (food, potions, tactics). There is no trial period, but if you're underperforming you will be told to step up your game (obviously we will try to help you with this). If you're happy in your current FC and just want to join for raids, that's no problem as we use a linkshell to communicate.
