Toughening Up Anima Quest Line

Toughening Up quest on my Bard has not given me my Animated Berimbau, but has used the two items in my inventory

I was able to do my WHM quest line just fine... and it is now sitting on "Coming into Its Own." I then started my bard quest line, and got as far as "Toughening up." Unfortunately I cannot progress through that quest line because I was not given the animated Berimbau to equip in order to progress.

I have spoken to all the NPCs in the quest line multiple times, abandoned each quest more than once, and picked each quest back up for the same results.

I saw a thread identical to this in the "fixed" section of the forums, but did not see any response as to how it was fixed...
