Beast Tribe Quests are not reset.

Last reset time 00:00(UTC+9) 10 Jan 2016 my Beast Tribe Quests not reset again, it was second times, last night I have wait for the reset time to do this Beast Tribe Quests again but it not reset, until now it still not reset. The day before also have this problem.
I already make sure that I don't have Beast Tribe Quests in my quest list. I lose the benefit for 2days.

I'm betting you already have beast tribe quests in your quest log which you have no completed and handed in. Once you do you will receive a new allowance.

Yes you are right I third times check my quest list and I found I didn't sent one of the completed quest.
