No teleport spell

Hi, I've got still no teleport spell nor aethernet currents option. What should I do to get these options? Was asking in a company but nobody has known.

you need to attune to the aetherytes when you encounter them, once you've attuned to 2 the teleport option will unlock and you'll get a little tooltip box pop out giving you further information :)

Attune to an Aetheryte outside of a main city. That should unlock it.

I've attuned 3 main towns and still nothing...
