[Game] Lord of Verminion/Chocobo Racing: Make them Duty Finder.

In order to make Lord of Verminion and Chocobo Racing successful, we need them to be queued using the Duty Finder.

I don't know if it's too hard to implement it due to possible server limitations, but it would solve the main problem of both contents; local queue is not enough.

Sometimes you end un queuing alone or encourage tradewins and such.

LoV tournaments would need to be changed, or let the rankings be local.

I think both of these contents are awesome and well designed, and they're dead because everything is local; On Chocobo Racing you end up racing alone against NPCs, and LoV is always empty, so you can't play against anybody and tournament takes too long to complete because you have to be there waiting for somebody to queue.


I hope you can fix this issue so we can enjoy both contents! It would be sad to waste all the effort on LoV and Chocobo Racing just because their queue limitations.
