Another R0 post!

I'm making another thread in hopes to bring more attention and emphasis to this issue.
I play the game at various times of the day and start getting R0 hits. Sometimes, like earlier today, I had zero issues and played just fine with great connectivity. Now, I had to leave because I am getting so very aggrivated! I tried a continuous ping on the Rabanastre server and kept dropping packets, where at the same time, I had zero dropped packets from other sites I pinged. There is definitely an issue with the servers.
