<LiMo> Raid Recruiting!

Hello Zalera!

Currently our most recent raid group is on hiatus due to conflicts of interest, motivation, and timing at the moment so I am back to recruiting for another raid group.

I currently have these roles closed:
Astrologian
Bard
SMN/BLM(unless you can beat me easily at minimum cost to progression)
Paladin/War

Open Roles:
SCH
MONK
DRG/Nin (drg preferred)
War/DRK (DRK preferred)

Requirements:
A3S CLEARED and proficient
Raid Adaptability
VOCAL (MIC & mumble required)
ON TIME
Open Communication
No issues

Preferred Experience:
Melee, dummy dps over 1.4K unbloated 5 minutes
Tanks must be able to stance dance, without hindering progression
SCH controlled HPS with CONSTANT stance dancing, without major loss to heals
logs ranking at 30% percentile or higher, 50 and up would be better.
A4S leg 3

The preferred Experience puts you ahead of other candidates but does not guarantee a spot.

Schedule will be dependent on makeup and other schedules but generally range in the 5pm-9pm Pacific(8PM-12AM EST) 3 hours a night and 3-4 times a week. Schedule will be posted online to be filled out 4 weeks ahead.

All candidates will be trialed before being placed.

Uh, A3S cleared and proficient slims your pickings down to almost 0 on our server unless some chap decides to xfer over. Better off teaching a few new members how to beat A3. 1 step back in order to go 2 steps forward.

yeah i know, but thats what i aiming for, and theres a good handful that quit after their a3s kill so im hoping to grab them up
