Maybe it's just me but I am confused by the announcement for the Heavensward OST. Message says it is available on 2/24/16. Can it be pre-ordered? If so, how? Is it available on Blu-ray Disc only or can we purchase the tracks we do not have from ITunes? While I understand that this is primarily a Japanese site if you are going to make offers like this to NA/EU fans please take the time to present it in a format understandable to your intended audience not a 1 off from the Japanese site

All the previous ones have been Bluray only. They wanted the additional quality and make the whole OST a bit more than just the music. The also mentioned they'd need too many CDs, which makes sense considering how many hours of music is on the OSTs. Especially Before Meteor and Realm Reborn would require like 7-8 CDs each.
They do have the MP3 versions on the disc as well (including hidden bonus tracks that are included only as MP3), and the previous OSTs are also available on iTunes, so no reason the new one won't be. -
