Mobs TP
Can it be slowed done please?
Mobs like Moles, gnats, and ghost have really fast tp builds. Once they start using tp, they almost never stop. Ever 5 seconds regardless if I hit them or me, they dig, disappear, warp giving them dear well-near invincibility.

I agree with this! Our LS noticed when we went to try a Darkhold dungeon run post 1.19 that the Ogre seemed to spam his TP moves consecutively without even being hit by the DDs in our group :( Quite bizarre to say the least..
-
If you think about it, those moves actually use somewhere from 250 TP to 500 TP. With the rate of people hitting him, Ogre damn sure can spam those like there's no tomorrow >_> I would say nerf the low cost TP.

At low level, this is also a problem when fighting cactuars. In a few leves you have to beat them in groups of 3 and it's almost impossible to kill them before they use 100 needles... Even though it's not 1000 anymore (thank god), this is still hard to take when you play as a Thaumaturge with less than 400hp.
-
Maybe it's like how it was in 11 and their AI spams WS's ASAP when they start to get low.
-
Omg how i hate the gnats and moles lol.
Always doing there hide skills lol.
Now they indeed spam it and it can get annoying specially when you need to just hit them 1 more time..
They do that and byebye chain lol

Broski's... it's all about the Nannygoats. Dat headbutt knock back on the real. Fastest way to get from Cedarwood to LL -> fight a group of 3 Nannygoats and watch them knock you across the map all day.

Just fought cactuars today. Sure the have 100 needle move, but they spammed it. They spammed it so much it's still thousand needles. Seriously every time they finished one thousand needle it went an another.
This mob tp regain needs to be slowed WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY down.

Crazy yarzons
First time I realize this issue was while fighting yarzons on a Grand Company leve @ Treespeak. They used to cast its TP down move (can't remember the name, Brain Spike? Something like that...) and all in a sudden they kept casting that single action again and again, not allowing me to cast any WS due lack of TP.
Absolutely odd.

It seems like their "TP" moves are hp based.
Example: While farming Karakul near camp glory with THM, I would use Shadowsear with Blood Rite. Sometimes they would only have about 5-10 percent hp left. Without even using a melee attack first they can use their TP move. It's also possible mobs gain massive TP gain when sustaining damage, similar to FFXI.
