Greetings Zanfire!
Sorry to hear that the game has been crashing frequently. The thread was moved from In Game Bugs to Technical Support as it may be a technical error. Hopefully everything will work out for you soon enough!

I'm experiencing the same problem. Final Fantasy XIV has never crashed this much before I got my new computer. But I'm wondering if it's my computer to blame for the crashes I'm experiencing, or the game itself.
Here is my system information:
Processor: Intel Core i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40 GHz
Memory (RAM): 8.00 GB
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti
Gaming Graphics: 4095 MB total available graphics memory
Primary Hard Drive: 821 GB free (917 GB total)
And here is a list of my experiences with crashes in the game so far:
Randomly while exploring Gridania (twice so far).
Before entering The Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak (once so far).
After the final cutscene of the Immortal Flame quest, where Raubahn Aldynn gives his speech. (Sorry I could not provide the name of the quest.)
And now it's happening when entering/leaving areas. Particularly between the Maelstrom Command and Central Limsa Lominsa. This happened ever since I changed a few settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel. I should change them back to see if it makes a difference, though I don't see why it should. I'll update this post with the results.
Update: It seems changing the settings back has helped with the crashing when entering/leaving areas.
