Help with what to gear next

I'm a WAR main and totally set there. I've started stockpiling Centurio clan logs and I'm ready to begin gearing up other jobs. Problem is, I'm having trouble deciding.

I've got all three tanks to 60, WAR and DRK have i200 weapons, as do DRG and SMN. PLD, WHM, SCH, and AST all have 180 wep and 190 or better gear from Alex/Void Ark. I thought I'd want to play DRG as dps primarily but I'm enjoying SMN at 60 quite a bit and it's been my dps of choice lately. SCH was my front runner for favorite healing job but at 60 I can't really decide between any of them but have been leaning more AST for its versatility.

I'm thinking about getting weapons first for every job and seeing what comes from there.

I raid as a Warrior so all I need to worry about there is getting a 205 or better weapon.

Suggestions? Don't worry about it? Focus on one job, or get weapons for all of them? Open to opinions and wondering if anyone is in the same boat.

Get weapons for all of them, spam Alex/Void Ark for gear.

Gear up whatever you like playing...if that's "all other jobs" then yeah, start with weapons first.
Personally (besides my main of course), I like to have one of each role geared up at least enough to run basic stuff with. For example, finally my tank is geared for Diadem (highest ilvl for basic content), but that's because I don't like tanking so much, hence why it's last.

I'd say get the weapons for AST, SCH, DRG, and SMN, since you seem to be focusing on those. Then work on gearing those particular jobs. AST and SCH can share obviously, but the rest will have differences. It's pretty easy to gear up nowadays so I wouldn't stress on it too much unless you REALLY want to do something with a particular job.

I think I'll start with PLD wep to continue running Alex for the relic grind, then go with AST wep followed by the others. But I still don't know where to spend eso on actual gear sets after that.

Maybe by then the next patch will help me decide. :/

going for weps first would be the most logical; UNLESS you have any plan to farm ThorEX for the 205's then itd be a waste to get all eso weps (tho still grabbing pally and ast eso maybe since you seem to want to prioritize them)

as for eso gear sets, since you say you have some VA pieces for classes, buy whatever has secondaries you prefer? like, eso healer bodies have better stuff than the VA healer body (unless you LIKE ss and pie) etcetc

or, accs.
i mean, besides diadem drops and savage, upgraded eso accs are the only 210s left and are shared across classes nicely so your upgrading many at once technically.
