A new system for changing craft gear is needed. The current one for tanks, heals etc is fine because you do not need to be changing every few seconds. However, when crafting, lots of recipes require cross-class mats (and sub-mats), and it's a complete pain having to go through the gear selection process to get the right craft for every single little piece of mat needed (from scratch) just to make one item. Maybe I am the only one that finds this irritating? Just made some barding and to make all the mats from scratch I had to change between GSM, WVR & LTW a few times.
How about a system where we can add the different crafts to a hot-bar so that it changes at the touch of a button? 1 for GSM, 2 for BSM etc.....I would LOVE that! Or some kind of craft version of a relic, like a Swiss Army Relic (or a keyring! :D )where, when you hit all classes at 50 (or 60) and they are wearing the same gear, you can craft according to the main/off hand you have without having to switch between classes?
Or maybe there are some other ideas people have that would just cut down on the constant drop-down menu selections to keep changing crafts just to craft one item?!

The above is a screenshot of my "Gear Change Menu Hotbar", which is powered by macros and hidden hotbars, but ultimately the point is: make a gearset, drag it onto the hotbar, problem solved. -
