Team Sentient (GMT+8) is recruiting for Patch 3.2

Team Sentient is looking to form a new static for Alex Midas Savage in Patch 3.2.

Before 3.2, we will arrange Thordan EX or Savage runs with the purpose of trialing/integrating new members.


Who We Are
The core members of the team have raided together since BCOB and have conquered the Coil series well before echo was introduced.

For Alex Savage, our current members have varying clear experiences from A1S all the way to A4S cleared.

We have our own house over at Mist and team members are most welcome to join our humble FC.

Setting Expectations
Our main goal is to be efficient. This means raiding minimal hours while still attaining respectable server progression. To achieve this, we will analyze wipes to track and fix problems for maximum quality attempts. Professionalism is expected in understanding that the pointing out of mistakes is nothing personal.

Schedule
• 3 hours per session, 8.30pm-11.30pm GMT+8
• 3 days per week, 2 weekdays+1 weekend

Schedule can be flexible subject to the team’s commitments.

More Details
The team is looking for members with:

• Raid discipline - be punctual and committed
• Responsiveness on comms - in-game or in real-life
• Good job knowledge – know how to play your job effectively
• Prior raid experience – raid environment isn’t foreign to you
• Good hardware (headset+mic/internet) – clear communication and stable internet connection are vital for effective progression
• Open to opinions and criticism – every team has unique dynamics and hence be adaptable

If you believe in your abilities but lack raid experience, trial with us and we will provide objective feedback.

Hi Zhycrana, we are no longer looking for a BRD. For now we are looking for a caster dps instead.

If your caster spot is still open i would be interested in joining, Im an iLV 208 SMN with AS 1 and 2 cleared and enrage Thordan EX exp.
